The Employer Portal is designed for employers hiring temporary workers through the International Mobility Program (IMP). This portal allows to efficiently submit offers of employment for temporary workers who don’t require a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration regulations.

Key Requirements for LMIA-Exempt Applicants:

1. National Occupation Classification (NOC): Identify the NOC code for the position.

2. Wages: Ensure compliance with Canadian wage standards for the role.

3. LMIA Exemption Codes: Confirm the appropriate exemption code applicable to the job.

4. Work Permit Exemption: Determine if a work permit is required under the selected exemption.
