The PR Rep Portal is specifically designed for representatives to efficiently manage Permanent Residence (PR) applications on behalf of their clients outside the Express Entry program. This platform offers streamlined access to services like family sponsorships, humanitarian and compassionate applications, PR card applications, renewals or replacements, and travel documents. It also enables seamless linking of client accounts with the APR Portal for enhanced coordination.
Supported Application Categories:
- All Non-EE PR Applications: Submit applications under permanent residence pathways outside the Express Entry system.
- Sponsor Family: Apply to bring your family members to Canada as permanent residents.
- Sponsor Refugee: Support the resettlement of refugees through sponsorship programs.
- Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C): Apply for PR based on exceptional circumstances.
- PR Card Management: Apply for, renew, or replace your permanent resident card.
- Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD): Request a travel document to return to Canada, especially if outside Canada while your e-COPR (electronic Confirmation of Permanent Residence) is being issued, and you do not have a valid PR card.
